“A policy that the farms have kept since 1996 is the constant reduction of agrochemicals. Labor: Conservation of our residential housing areas for our staff to give them economic stability without payment for rents, for the water supply, for the maintenance of their houses and their gardens and also not paying for the recreational common area facilities such as Children Playground, Soccer Fields and Basketball fields.
Agronomics: Application of the optimal agronomic package with the recommendations of CORBANA and of technicians focused on not depleting the banana soils. Emphasis on our human capital and how we preserve it: with an organizational climate focused on our workers and collaborators.
