Conservation of our residential housing areas for our staff to give them economic stability.

Benefits to our workers, such as not paying for rents, for the water supply, for the maintenance of their houses and their gardens and also not paying for the recreational common area facilities such as Children Playground, Soccer Fields and Basketball fields.
